Where is the love??
so about two weeks ago I sent a resume to a firm that is owned by an old professor. They are hiring apparently, due to the fact that they posted an as on a website...... so it's been 11 days and I have still not heard a word from them....... not even a got your e-mail... we'll get back to you... nothing.... other places I've sent resumes always get back to you the very latest two days later.... I know I didn't do bad work in their studio.. I got an A... so what is the deal?? I'm this close to selling out and working for a corporate firm.. being a CAD monkey all day...... sad part is even those with M.Arch's are CAD monkeys.... grd is right..... should have studied law or medicine..... but it's not what I love......

I guess they show more love in your field cause in education, school districts don't even bother to send you a letter of rejection, much less a phone call or an email. But hey don't give in, don't sell out. Something will come up.
Thanks for your words. I really think something will come up soon. I've been on a dreaded anti-depressent for a few months because I have been having these crazy panic attacks. The last interview I had was my first time in a stressful/pressure situation and hey everything went well (Combination of meds, regular physical and breathing exercise (yoga) ). I hope to get off the meds soon because I really hate taking them. Well I think I have spoken too much. By the way I am looking forward to checking out your family tree. Later.
